The Marias: Cinema Tour
Date: Until 13 March, 2022
Los Angeles indie-pop band The Marias have come a long way, with their late night television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live marking their latest milestone. Consisting of Puerto Rican lead singer María Zardoya, her drummer partner Josh Conway, guitarist Jesse Perlman and keyboard player Edward James, they released their latest album Cinema late last year. The band will be touring across North America with their new album and performing at the upcoming Coachella festival in April.

Tame Impala: Slow Rush Tour
Date: 6 February to 7 September, 2022
Signed to Interscope Records, Australian alternative-indie band Tame Impala achieved mainstream success in late 2013 when their album Lonerism was selected by Rolling Stone as Album of the Year and nominated for Best Alternative Music Album at the Grammy Awards. First formed as part of a psychedelic music project by Kevin Parker, the band has a long history performing at music festivals around the world and was even a headliner for Coachella in 2019. Tame Impala will be performing hits from their fourth studio album, The Slow Rush, across North America, Europe and the United Kingdom.

Ultra Music Festival

Location: Bayfront Park, Miami, Florida, United States
Taking place this March, the annual Ultra Music Festival in Miami is set to return with a bang featuring industry giants like David Guetta, DJ Snake, Martin Garrix and many more. Considered to be one of the best electronic music and dance events in the world, the outdoor festival has regularly drawn crowds of over 100,000 attendees for the past 10 years. Expect nothing less than grand stages, epic laser lights and high-definition sound systems.

The Walters Concert
Date: 3 to 5 March, 2022
The Chicago band recently reunited and signed to Warner Music in late 2021 after their song “I Love You So” went viral on social media platform TikTok, generating almost four million streams in the first week of November in the United States alone. The Walters, which consists of lead vocalist Luke Olson, lead guitarist Walter Kosner, rhythm guitarist MJ Tirabassi, bass player Danny Wells and drummer Charlie Ekhaus are set to perform over two nights—the first in San Francisco and the second in Los Angeles.

Bahamas: Still Sad Tour
Date: 16 March to 16 April, 2022
Canadian artist Afie Jurvanen, better known by his stage name Bahamas, is a self-taught musician. Since releasing his first studio album in 2009, the folk-indie singer has received multiple music nominations from his native country, and in 2021 won Adult Alternative Album of the Year at the Juno Awards. Bahamas will be touring across North America with his latest album Sad Hunk and will be playing in Napa Valley at BottleRock Festival.

Coachella

After two years of cancelled events, the highly anticipated and arguably most popular music festival in the world is set to return. Despite some initial controversy around Travis Scott’s inclusion in the original line-up after the tragic events at Astroworld, Coachella has released its revised line-up with final headliners Harry Styles, Billie Eilish and Kanye West (Ye). Besides the three biggest names, other celebrated stars such as Megan Thee Stallion, 21 Savage, Swedish House Mafia and Doja Cat are set to light up the desert.

Men I Trust: Untourable Euro Tour

No stranger to music festivals, this Montreal band has played at the Montreal Jazz Festival, Coachella and Lollapalooza to name a few. Comprised of three high school friends, Men I Trust have released five studio albums since their formation in 2014. The Canadian electric dream-pop band released their latest album Untourable late last year, and is set to perform their newest hits across Europe in 2022.

Hangout Music Festival

Coming this May, get ready for sun, sand and music at the Hangout Music Festival. Taking place on the coast of Alabama, the three-day weekend will feature a line-up of pop, rap and rock artists. Slated favourites include Fall Out Boy, Halsey, Jack Harlow, Doja Cat and Post Malone. Be prepared to ride the giant ferris wheel, play beach volleyball, be pampered at the beach spa and even book to be legally married or divorced at a beachside wedding chapel, right at the festival itself.

Taking place in Napa Valley, The BottleRock is set to return this May. The festival has enlisted the likes of Metallica, Kygo, P!nk and Vance Joy to name a few, with special appearances from rap legends including Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg. Primavera Sound - Los Angeles

Making its United States debut, one of the most highly anticipated music festivals from Europe (finally) lands in Los Angeles. Originally founded in Barcelona and famed for its innovative line-ups, Primavera Sound will feature a unique mix of indie, rock, pop and electronic artists. Be prepared to see established acts like Arctic Monkeys, Lorde and Nine Inch Nails, as well as indie-famed musicians like Clairo, King Krule and Cigarettes After Sex.
